The American College of Tax Counsel announced the election of twelve new Fellows in their press release.
Karin’s qualifications include over 30 years at the IRS Office of the Chief Counsel specializing in tax rules for charitable giving. She is now an attorney at K. Tyson Law, a private boutique tax firm founded in 2025. Karin provides her clients with guidance on charitable giving.
The American College of Tax Counsel is a professional organization of “an extraordinary group of America’s very best tax attorneys” who “have made exceptional contributions to their chosen profession.” Through the ACTC, members collaborate to promote sound tax policy and fair and effective tax administration.
