With more than 25 years of experience in tax law, Kim brings deep insight into tax audit representation, civil tax penalties, and conservation easement matters. Prior to launching the firm, Kim served in leadership roles with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she managed legal teams and contributed to high-stakes litigation involving complex federal tax issues. Her work at the IRS included serving as a subject matter resource on penalties and conservation easements, and she was repeatedly recognized for outstanding contributions, including being named “Attorney of the Year” among IRS field attorneys nationwide.
