Prior to launching the firm, Kim served in leadership roles with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she managed legal teams and contributed to high-stakes litigation involving complex federal tax issues. Her work at the IRS included serving as a subject matter resource on penalties and conservation easements, and she was repeatedly recognized for outstanding contributions, including being named “Attorney of the Year” among IRS field attorneys nationwide.
