For more than 20 years, Annette served as a paralegal for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. Most recently, Annette was a paralegal for that agency’s “Strategic Litigation” division, which handled the agency’s most important litigation. In that role, she coordinated many facets of conservation easement litigation support and was routinely sought after for her attention to detail, her strong work ethic, and her ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
During her tenure with the IRS, Annette was honored with many accolades for her outstanding work, including Paralegal of the Year in 2013 for exceptional coordination, national awards for the contributions she made to trial teams, and many awards recognizing her special acts going above and beyond. Annette is widely known for her strategic mindset, results-driven approach, pursuit of technical expertise, precision, and integrity.
Annette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University and a Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University. Annette actively contributes to professional organizations such as the Illinois Paralegal Association and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
