The IRS released an updated Form 8283, Noncash Charitable Contributions in December along with a draft of new instructions. The Form 8283 updates are administrative, and the 2025 instructions are expected to be finalized and issued soon. You can find the 2025 Form 8283 on the IRS website: www.irs.gov. Look for “Rev. December 2025” in the top left corner of the form.
